About us

Magroni Limited is a wholly indigenous construction company that has been principally involved in turnkey projects over the years. The company was incorporated in Nigeria 1987 (R.C 96865) and has been actively involved in building design and construction ever since.

 

At Magroni Limited, we design to fit the lifestyles and aspirations of our clients individually. Furthermore, when we translate designs into reality on site, we usually surpass their expectations.Our firm belief is that good construction is all about using the right materials skillfully. No matter the size of the project our underlying principle of quality workmanship is always strictly adhered to.

 

We have executed intricate projects in the Niger Delta of Nigeria both for the oil and gas sector and Government of Rivers State, Delta State and Akwa Ibom State (e.g. Mechanical - Pipeline and Fabrication, Electrical – Major Street Lights, Civil – Road Construction and Buildings; in recent times Marine/Dredging). Understanding of the needs of our clients is paramount in our consideration.

 

In the course of executing our jobs, we have established a workable organizational structure in place with the Basic Concepts and having the instrument of management by objective (MBO) for efficiency and growth with the line and staff managerial levels.

 

We have been able to execute our projects on schedule while excellently managing the intricate community affairs relations associated with the region. Our understanding of Community affairs in areas covered by our operations is unequalled.

 

We always show our socio-economic responsibility by showing good understanding of the society around us as well as making contributions to their welfare.
